Katy has over 10 years of Pilates teaching experience is still passionate about improving her knowledge and learning new skills. Katy’s class are all about activating and paying more attention to the smaller muscles. Her goal is to help you to increase your flexibility, develop your core strength, tone and lengthen your muscles and improve your posture. Katy has experience in both pre and postnatal Pilates as well as injury rehabilitation incorporating PNF stretching methods to quickly improve a persons flexibility, mobility and strength.
