A former Marketing and Communications professional from Toronto, Canada, Kristin turned to Pilates several years ago after struggling to achieve a long, lean and toned physique with typical gym workouts, a problem that only Pilates could solve! Since then, she has been using her knowledge, passion and enthusiasm to help others achieve the same. In Kristin’s Mat and Reformer classes, she combines the core principles of Pilates with a challenging, faster paced and more athletic style approach to Pilates training.
