Layal started her fitness journey as an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Exercise Therapy and Sports Nutrition then dedicated her schedule to the Reformer Pilates. As a STOTT Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor, Layal provides a dynamic Pilates workout that targets posture, core strength, muscular strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.
