Sam is a multi-certified Yoga instructor who began her yoga journey more than 10 years ago in her home country of Canada. After struggling with some personal health issues in her twenties she discovered Yoga as a way to cope and heal. After witnessing incredible results and improvements in her body and overall health she became a believer of the benefits of the practice and inclined to learn more.

In 2012, she completed her first Registered Yoga teacher training, 300hr Ashtanga/Vinyasa and began teaching shortly after. In 2016, she travelled to New York City to complete her second YTT Strala Yoga, 200hr. Throughout, Sam has travelled around the world to more than 50 countries practicing, teaching, sharing and exploring her passion of yoga in each. She has taught in North America, the Middle East, Europe and Asia. She carries her passion and knowledge in every class she teaches and believes whole-heartedly in enriching the lives of others through the power of yoga
