Movement Principles:
The foundation of every great instructor. Anatomy, biomechanics, movement quality, all delivered through hands-on application and intelligent programming.

Mat Pilates 1 + 2:
From foundational Pilates history and beginner techniques to advanced sequences and functional prop, this is full-spectrum Mat Pilates training that builds strong, adaptable instructors.

Reformer Pilates 1 + 2:
Reformer education as it should be. From base-level safety and alignment to powerful, progressive programming.

PREREQUISITES TO JOIN

MAT 1

Movement Principles, 10 Mat classes. 6 monthsexperience teaching movement and anatomy recommended.

Movement Principles and Mat 1

Movement Principles and 20 Reformer classes. 1 yearexperience teaching movement. Anatomy required prior totesting out.
